After a nightmare evening last night where I wasn't able to dedicate much time to looking for an image to use, I have just had a quick look through my photos stored on my iPad and have decided to post one of me!! I know, no children this week what's the world coming to you ask!?!
The photos were taken while I was 6 months pregnant with Burton and I was at the wedding of some friends. I had struggled for weeks to find a nice outfit to wear - all of the maternity dresses I had tried on made me look huge or showed off too much boobage! In the end I found a non maternity dress that was a size 16 which fitted and I thought was much more flattering. I also had my hair curled for the wedding - something I had never had done before ( excluding my dodgy 80's perms!). I wore a black and white themed outfit and borrowed the shoes, bag and necklace from my Mum.

Now go check out the other fab entries over at The Gallery

You look gorgeous! Love the dress and your hair is fab!
ReplyDeleteAwww, you really do look lovely! Love your new banner - I can't believe how big Jensen is getting!! xx
ReplyDeleteYou looked radiant at the wedding, a lovely take on the theme x
ReplyDeleteI just got your comment through as I was reading this! Wewere on each others at the same time! You look lovely, I didn't buy any maternity clothes when I was pregnant, just bigger sizes and lots of leggings. They charge a fortune for special maternity clothes! x
ReplyDeleteBeautiful mummy and beautiful bump. With my 1st two pregnancies I didn't treat myself to any maternity clothes and made do so with the twins, I did buy a couple of dresses and it's amazing the difference a pretty dress can make. I'd thoroughly recommmend buying maternity clothes and there's plenty on Ebay going for a song.
ReplyDeleteYou look very beautiful. I had a dress similar to that for use at parties whilst I was pregnant. It was also great for afterwards for the essential hiding of the flabby tummy! I never liked any of the maternity clothes out there, I just bought a bigger size.
ReplyDeleteYou look lovely, talk about bloomimg!!! Nat

Lovely take on the theme. I seemed to have loads of weddings during both my pregnancies and trying to find anything that wasn't of marquee proportions was very difficult! You look radiant on these photos though whereas a lot of my pregnant wedding photos just make me look like the side of a house!
