My Week That Was - Wet, Wet & A Little Bit Dry

My week that was was mostly wet and windy with the odd bit of sunshine in between the downpours.  It looked something like this

Ladybirds for Burton and toddler playgroup for Jenson and I.
Over zealous big brother pre bedtime cuddles for Jenson here (it was sweet but i couldn't get a photo when they smiled!)

Stayed at home all day due to rain. Some crisp balancing took place!

Played outside this afternoon at Granma's before the rain returned

The walk to town before the heavens opened and we got soaked!

Toddler story and craft time at the library where we sheltered from the wet weather and Burton made a '5 Little Ducks' Picture

After a morning visit to Ladybirds we went to my Mums for the afternoon and while Jenson went for a walk with Grandma, Shadow and Grandad, Burton and I visited the playground

He sure does love Shadow!

Not a very exciting day. Saw this Spiderman mask in Sainsburys so Burton had to try it on (egged on by Daddy!) Visited Granma and Grampy this afternoon.

We went to a soft play this morning at a local tourist attraction which in all my 27 years of living here in North Devon I have never visited, called Quince Honey Farm (a working bee farm). Afterwards we went out for a carvary dinner on the way home.

And that concludes my week that was.

  2. Lovely lovely photos as usual.
Ok admission time. The photo of Burton with the crisp on his toe. I saw this photo somewhere else (Twitter?) and at first thought "he has a crisp between his toes" then I thought "no! that's not a crisp. He must have a weird toe which Jenny has just never mentioned" I'm glad it is not the latter.
Looks like you and Burton had some lovely quality time at the playground xxx

  3. It hasn't been as wet here- isn't it rubbish that we can't go outside as much, I have no idea what I am going to do with Mads when the weather gets really bad! x

  4. A good week! Jenson looks far from happy in that hug, is Burton really balancing a crisp on his feet? And I love the photo of him climbing up that wall/ramp/thing.
